Our Butcher Bag program is a convenient way for you to stock your fridge or freezer each week with premium meats. We’ve put together five curated Butcher Bags that offer a selection of cuts you can throw on the grill or incorporate into your favorite recipes. Or build your own Butcher Bag from our à la carte menu and get exactly what you need each week.
The process is easy: Simply place your order online before Monday at 3 pm, and your Butcher Bag will be ready for pick up or delivery on Wednesday…
Pick up at Ted’s Butcherblock on East Bay Street on Wednesdays from 12 -7 pm
Pick up at Rosebank Farms Market on Johns Island on Wednesdays at noon
Doorstep delivery to Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island only

Plan your weekly meals and cooking adventures around our Curated Butcher Bags. We’ve packaged an assortment of premium beef, chicken, pork and seafood to stock your fridge. You can also add à la carte menu items to your order as needed. Please note that prices are subject to change according to market conditions.

How does the Butcher Bag program work?
Pre-order Curated Butcher Bags or build your own Butcher Bag from the online shop above. Place your order by 3 pm on Mondays, and it will be available for pick up or delivery on Wednesdays. We send weekly reminder emails to our customers for those who opt-in.
Where and when can I pick up my Butcher Bag or have it delivered?
You can pick up your pre-ordered Butcher Bag on Wednesdays at our shop at 334 East Bay Street in Charleston from 12-7 pm or at Rosebank Farms Market on Johns Island at noon. Rosebank Farms is located at 4362 Betsy Kerrison Parkway on Johns Island close to Freshfields Village. Please note that we will not be able to leave orders in a cooler at Rosebank since it is their off-season. If you live on or are visiting Kiawah Island or Seabrook Island, you can select doorstep delivery on Wednesday afternoon for an additional $30. Select that option at checkout. This service is available through our partnership with Delivery Boy. We will expand our doorstep delivery area on Johns Island based on demand.
What if I want to order something that’s not online?
We can usually accommodate special orders with advance notice. Please use the email link or contact form below to request a custom Butcher Bag.
